A BIT ABOUT ME

I fell in love with movement at a very young age when I began dancing at the age of 2. While studying dance in college and in graduate school, I developed a wide range of knowledge about my body, but also a few chronic injuries. After my introduction to Pilates, I understood the importance of really taking care of my body through strengthening, stretch, and rest. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with others to increase bodily awareness and overall health. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people as a dance teacher and IM=X Pilates instructor, and I always love adapting my program to new clients. I am looking forward to meeting you, learning about your goals, and working with you to create a regimen that works for you!
