Are you looking to increase your flexibility, increase your bodily awareness, and decrease mid-day stiffness? Then this class is perfect for you! All you need is a mat and a towel. Sign up today!
Tuesday 6:00-6:40pm
TOTAL BODY MAT
Total Body Mat is the perfect was to tighten, tone, and transform your entire body. In each class we hit each major muscle group to help you reach your fitness goals! All you need is your mat and you are ready to go.
Wednesday 12:00-12:40pm
MAT CORE
In this class we will spend the entire 40 minutes dedicated to our core which includes your abdominals and back muscles to improve posture and spinal health! All you need is your mat.
Wednesday 6:00-6:40pm
MAT STRETCH
Wind down your busy Wednesday with a relaxing stretch class. We will use this class time to reset our bodies and get ready for the rest of the week.
Friday 3:15-4:00pm
THERA BAND AND MAT
In this class we will use a Thera Band to add resistance to our mat workout. This is a great way to increase strength and stability in the body. You will need a mat and a Thera Band for this class.
